Product Inspection Period
Personalized products do not offer an inspection period. Opened personal hygiene items are not eligible for a 7-day inspection period under the "Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distant Sales".
If there is damage during shipping, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Contact Number
- Product Name for Return
- Reason for Return and Photos

Return and Exchange Guidelines
- Returned products must be unused and free of non-manufacturing defects such as stains or malfunctions.
- The 7-day inspection period under consumer protection laws allows you to evaluate whether the product meets your needs but is not a trial period.
- If instructed, please retain the original packaging (including the external box). Returns without complete packaging will not be accepted.
Situations Not Eligible for Return:
- Exceeding the 7-day inspection period.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt.
- Returns with incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
- Malicious or excessive returns.
